Black Tipped Diadem Butterfly

Hypolimnas monteironis, the black-tipped diadem or scarce blue diadem

A small but mighty butterfly from the Nymphalidae family.

The male features vibrant blue colour with black tips. Whereas the female is a very subtle dull grey.

This male been set inside a premium glass shadow frame. Recycled card and paper backing, decorated with only a few blue babies breath stems.
